Upneeq
Upneeq® is generally well tolerated, but you should contact us if you experience:
- Eye pain, severe irritation, or significant redness after use
- Blurred vision that doesn’t resolve within a few minutes
- Dizziness, headache, or feeling faint after application
- Any new or worsening eye symptoms, especially if you have a history of eye conditions
Upneeq® should not be used if you have narrow-angle glaucoma or have been advised to avoid certain medications affecting blood pressure or eye pressure. Please let your provider know of any changes to your medical history.
Always refer to the instruction guide included with your LATISSE® kit. Your provider may also offer personalized guidance—please follow their recommendations closely.

Medications
Avoid all medications, supplements, foods, and alcohol listed in the Pre-Care Policies (link) until bruising and swelling have fully resolved—unless they are medically necessary.Exercise
Refrain from exercise until all visible bruising and swelling have subsided, as increased circulation may prolong healing.Pain Relief
If you need pain relief, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe to use—unless contraindicated based on your medical history or other medications.Bruising/Swelling
You may take Arnica to help reduce bruising and swelling, unless it is contraindicated (e.g., with high blood pressure or other medical conditions). Always follow the instructions on the label.
