Post-Care

Latisse

LATISSE® is well-tolerated by most users, but please contact us if you experience:
  • Persistent eye irritation, redness, or discomfort
  • Signs of infection, such as swelling, discharge, or pain
  • Pigmentation changes to the iris (the colored part of the eye) or darkening of the eyelid skin
  • Unexpected hair growth outside the lash line due to product spreading
LATISSE® should not be used if you have an active eye condition, broken or irritated eyelid skin, or are using treatment for elevated intraocular pressure unless approved by your provider. Please let your provider know of any changes to your medical history.
Always refer to the instruction guide included with your LATISSE® kit. Your provider may also offer personalized guidance—please follow their recommendations closely.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at (610) 393-1253.
If it is after hours, leave a message and we will follow up within 24 hours.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
  • Medications

Avoid all medications, supplements, foods, and alcohol listed in the Pre-Care Policies (link) until bruising and swelling have fully resolved—unless they are medically necessary.
  • Exercise

Refrain from exercise until all visible bruising and swelling have subsided, as increased circulation may prolong healing.
  • Pain Relief

If you need pain relief, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe to use—unless contraindicated based on your medical history or other medications.
  • Bruising/Swelling

You may take Arnica to help reduce bruising and swelling, unless it is contraindicated (e.g., with high blood pressure or other medical conditions). Always follow the instructions on the label.
